Wayne 861 Clock Face Non Visible Gas Pump Original As Found 1932 32 Ford
Wanye 861 clock face gas pump 1932 32 ford. I believe wayne 861 pumps were made in 1932 so this would be a great pump to restore and set next to your 32 ford. It is as seen so could be done in your colors to match your cra of color of petroleum company. This pump looks really nice restored with a lit gloeb and the small lights over the face.
The bad-please viwe all photos. Pump has been mishandled and the potmetal that holds the faces is broken on both sides. I believe parts are there but would have to be nede jb weld to put back together. Or a simple bracket could be made to hold the faces and arms. I doubt anyone will try to pump fuel wtih this pump again. The hanger for teh nozzle is also broken but could also be repaired. It is missing the shields nad the frame that surrounds the face. Also missing the littel upper shades above the face. lGass cylinder on twirling is cracked. One little part on the base rail looks chipped but will not show once shields are installed. All of the above parts are availbale reproduction. Most of the gas pump restoration shops ahve the parts. This will mkae the pump pretty easy to restore. The guts are fairyl compete. The reset knob is present. The clock face pumps make a great pump to restore and use as a night light or accent piece.Pump is located near lincoln nebraska near interstate 80. |
